Q. What form does a customer fill out when they want to update their personal information?
A. The Customer Information Update Form located in the customer's document section of their account.
Q. How do we process unit transfers?
A. We don't do direct transfers anymore. Simply move the customer into the new desired unit and out of the original unit if it does not meet the new renter's standards. Seek refund assistance as necessary from your District Leader.
