The Move Out Process

The move out process explains how to set the proper customer expecations for having a successfull move out of their unit by communicating with All Purpose Storage on their intent to vacate.

If a customer is scheduling their move out by phone, e-mail or SMS always ask or reply:
"May I ask the reason for the scheduled move out today, so we have suggestions on how we can better serve you in the future?"

No more 10-day notice requirement effective 5/7/25.
