You receive an e-mail or message from someone you know, however the message doesn't seem to be a normal request or typical conversation you have with this other person. 

To report the e-mail, follow these steps:

Right click on the email then click "Report" "Report as Phishing"  This sends information to me on the Tenant and helps build our email Policy.

 

I've marked the email a little bit, but typically with Phishing, they try to apply Urgency, flattery, and sometimes Applications that are not commonly used by the company WhatsApp for example. 

 

Spoofing the name is easy but our email marks up senders from outside of the organization and shows their actual email address.
