If you receive communication that is not related to a storage rental account, please use the directory below to ensure the message is promptly forwarded to the appropriate team or contact.
📞 Gathering Caller Information for Non-Storage Related Inquiries (generate a message or e-mail or direct the caller to send an e-mail)
When a call or email is received that appears to relate to a commercial tenant, independent contractor, or service/vendor issue, and not a storage rental account, please gather the following details to ensure proper follow-up:

Is the Caller Currently On-Site? (Yes/No)
✅ If Caller is On-Site:
Immediately send the information to the covering Supervisor via urgent Microsoft Teams message.
📩 Next Step – What to Say to the Caller:
"Thank you for calling. I’ve gathered your information and will forward it to the appropriate department. Someone who specializes in this area will reach out to you shortly."
Snow Plow or Landscaper Calls
Urgent assistance needed: send to covering supervisor. They will put this in the access chat. All other non-time sensitive matters
send an e-mail to Maintenance and CC your supervisor

Urgent Matters should be a direct message to the covering supervisor & or incident report
