Pay Half of the Balance & Move Out
If a customer needs to terminate their lease due to unpaid rent, they may be given the option to pay half of the balance owed and vacate the premises. This can be a viable solution for both the customer and All Purpose Storage.

This option is offered by the Account Resolutions Team (ART) for a customer whose account is 35+days past due.
It's important to note that the customer must pay half of the entire balance and vacate their unit as described in the timeline in the document.

In the tenant's account General Tab- click Send document via E-mail to have the customer electronically sign their form.

If the customer is unable to sign electronically, send a request via e-mail to Senior Operations Supervisor or Operations Manager to request one be printed & mailed to the customer. Be sure to include the customer's info on the request e-mail.
