Non-Profit/Charity Units

We proudly support numerous non-profit organizations and other charitable groups in the community by providing discounted storage units. Organizations will call us looking for support by getting a free or discounted storage units for their organization. We will gather information and submit their request to the covering supervisor who will submit to the Operations Manager.

Gather the caller's information below to sbumit in an e-mail message to covering supervisor:

What types of items does the organization plan to store in the unit?

How long will the organization need the unit?

They must provide a copy of the 501c3 form. (this form is proof of the non-profit status)

They may send this to info@ with their supporing organizations information and CC you on the e-mail.

Photos of the contents will be requested once the unit is occupied. This ensures the unit is being used for the said purpose and not personal use.

All customers are asked to pay SMS Protection if they do not have proof of homeowner's or renter's insurance.

  • One the Information is gathererd sent an e-mail to your supervisor. 

  • Supervisor to e-mail to Operations Manager with all the requested details once the 501c3 form has been received.

  • Operations manager may request more information or reply with an approval and stipulations for the organization. Ex: can have the discounted rate for 3 months etc.

  • Once approved and alerted by Operations Manager- The Facility Coordinator or Supervisor may contact the organization person and offer the rental at the conditions set by the operations manager.

ADVISEMENTS

  • Orgnizations must have at least two contacts for the account

  • Organizations are responsible for updating APS for any changes in contacts handling accounts for organizations. 

  • Organizations understand that they are not exempt from any and all rate increases, late fees or other fees that can apply.

  • Reminder: Accounts are required to set up autopay. No checks or Money Orders.​
