Active Military Customers
At All Purpose Storage, we value the service and sacrifice of our military personnel and their families. We also want to make sure that our Active Military Customer accounts are protected from Auction if there unit were to default in payments.
We ask our NEW RENTALS ONLY:
"Are you or your spouse are currently serving on active military duty?"

Active Military Status ASK AT THE TIME OF A NEW RENTAL ONLY
When renting NEW units by phone please ask: "Are you or your spouse active military?" Then select the appropriate account type if they are and send them the Military Addendumto review and sign.
We do NOT need to confirm military status anytime afterwards. Not for online move-ins.
If the customer or their spouse is active duty military:

Confirm that “Active Military” is noted next to their name in Storedge and the appropriate account type is selected.

Send Military Addendum B for e-signature via email.

This signed document is required as part of the rental agreement.
If the customer is a veteran:

"There no discounts at this time, thank you for asking."

"Thank you for your service to the country"

No additional paperwork is needed.

Why is it so important that we have this signed for Active Military Customers?

Storage and Property Protections -All Purpose Storage will not auction, sell, or foreclose on a storage unit belonging to an active-duty servicemember without a court order.
