SPAREFOOT

Sparefoot customers come to us through a secondary application, and we pay an additional fee for acquiring these customers. Because of this, it’s important to connect with them quickly and handle their accounts correctly.

  • Some Sparefoot customers are only eligible for promotions if they state they are aware of it at the time of move-in.

  • If you receive a Sparefoot phone call:

  • Connect with the customer immediately — within 5 minutes or less.

  • Action: Rent a unit, set up a reservation, or save them as a lead.

  • Always note the customer’s account as “Sparefoot.”

Examples below show how you can determine a Sparefoot customer and notate the account.
