Sparefoot customers come to us through a secondary application and we have to pay extra for the precurement of these customers.

SOME SPAREFOOT CUSTOMERS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR PROMOTIONS ONLY IF THEY STATE THEY ARE AWARE OF IT AT THE TIME OF MOVE IN.

ASK The customer where they saw the promotion. (see below how to notate the account)

Put starred (priority) notes on the Sparefoot leads. The note will pop up in Storedge.

If you receive the sparefoot phone call, connect to the customer on that call so you can immediately speak to them. RENT A UNIT, set up a reservation or save the customer as a lead.
