SPAREFOOT

Sparefoot customers come to us through a secondary application and we have to pay extra for the precurement of these customers.

  • SOME SPAREFOOT CUSTOMERS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR PROMOTIONS ONLY IF THEY STATE THEY ARE AWARE OF IT AT THE TIME OF MOVE IN.

  • ASK The customer where they saw the promotion. (see below how to notate the account)

  • Put starred (priority) notes on the Sparefoot leads. The note will pop up in Storedge.

  • If you receive the sparefoot phone call, connect to the customer on that call so you can immediately speak to them. RENT A UNIT, set up a reservation or save the customer as a lead.

  •  ALWAYS note these customer's account as a Sparefoot.
