Handling A Deceased Customer's Account
​It’s common in self-storage to learn about a customer’s death from family or friends. It will be a difficult time for that person and the situation should be handled delicately. This is a time to listen, empathize and gather the proper information so a callback can be made to this person regarding the information needed to proceed with the account
Information will NOT be discussed or given to anyone regarding the deceased tenant's account unless approved by the proper legal paperwork.
