Promotions
Our facilities offer exceptional promotions to ensure that our customers are excited about renting with All Purpose Storage. Their move-in process is both cost-effective and hassle-free. We offer promotions on different sizes and facilities depending on the need for that location. Pricing and promotions may change at any given time so it's always best to entice the customer to rent with you at that time of inquiry.
If the customer is not ready to rent:
We do offer reservations at no cost to the customer. If there are 4 or more units in the desired unit group then we may lock in the rate & promotion for that customer by setting up a reservation for 7-days. (refer to move in process for more information)
Promotions are for NEW Customers
Sparefoot Customers are not elligible for promos unless they mention it at move in!

Which promo do I offer to the customer?
The $9.99 Promo trumps any other promo showing for that unit group. Offer the $9.99 promo if it's showing along with other promo options.
Don't give the customer an option of which promo they want.
Three Month Promos are updated as follows: 1/29/24
Month One (move in month) Prorated and % off
Month Two: % off
Month Three: % off
Month Four: Rent reverts to our lowest standard rate
*If the customer moves in on the last day of the month, the rent is prorated and the % off will calculate from just that one day.
