Unit Sizes, Types and Temperature Control
Standard Unit
Interior Units (Tilton)
All Purpose Storage offers different types of units at all of our locations. It's important to listen to the customer and understand their need. What will they be storing? Will they benefit from the extra layer of protection by renting an indoor unit?

It's important to advise the customer to size up if they are unsure if their contents will fit into a certain unit size. Also offer the information that they may transfer to a larger/smaller unit if they visit the unit and decide they need a different size. (dependant upon availability)
Unit sizes are measured width by length.
For example a 5x10 unit is five feet wide by ten feet long (depth)
Cubic Feet is measured width x length x height

Temperature Control Units
These types of units are usually within a building that maintains reasonable efforts to keep the building in a range that prevents really low or really high temperatures depending on the outside temperature.
It is agreed that All Purpose Storage uses all reasonable efforts to maintain a temperature in the building containing the leased space by heating in the winter to no less than:
40 degrees Fahrenheight and cooling in the summer to no higher than 90 degrees fahrenheight.
Advisement
Temperature Control is NOT Climate Control which means that we do not monitor or guarantee the humidity will not fluctuate in the temperature control units.

We also have interior units that are located in a building but are NOT Temperature controlled.
For example 68 Tilton interior units.
