Transfer Empty to Empty Unit

  • The original unit has a lock on it. 

  • The original unit is not meeting the customer’s needs. 

  • The original unit has been damaged. Etc. 

  • The customer reports damage to the unit.

  • Request customer to text or email us a photo of what they are seeing. 

  • Determine the unit size & number to transfer customer to. 

  • This may be a unit upsize or a unit downsize. 

  • There may be a balance owed by the customer or a credit due back to the customer depending on the new unit size being selected to transfer into.  

  • The system will not allow transfers if a tenant’s account has a balance.
