Transfer Empty to Empty Unit

The original unit has a lock on it. 
- 
The original unit is not meeting the customer’s needs. 
- 
The original unit has been damaged. Etc. 
- 
The customer reports damage to the unit. 
- 
Request customer to text or email us a photo of what they are seeing. 
- 
Determine the unit size & number to transfer customer to. 
- 
This may be a unit upsize or a unit downsize. 
- 
There may be a balance owed by the customer or a credit due back to the customer depending on the new unit size being selected to transfer into. 
- 
The system will not allow transfers if a tenant’s account has a balance.
