• Be registered upon entering the space.

• Inspected upon entering the space.

• Customer is liable for their own car insurance, SMS does not cover vehicles.

• NO maintenance, repairs or working on the vehicle on the property. This is a violation of the Rental Agreement.

• Reminder: photos & descriptions of vehicles are required.

Scripting upon completion of rental

"Once your vehcile is parked in the lot, please reply with a photo  of the vehicle to the text or e-mail for this facility."

" Be advised a 10 day notice is required for move out. If you are in the parking spot at the 1st of the month, you are charged for the entire month. There is no prorated rent for moving out, so please keep this in mind."

"Late payments will result in late fees and/or being denied access to the vehicle.

 

If a photo isn't sent at move in, follow up via text with reminder

 "Thanks for renting with us! As a reminder, please send a picture & description of the vehicle/trailer once the vehicle is parked at the facility. Thank you!"
