 Rental process is similar except..

 

• Tenants are required to set up autopay with a credit or debit card.

• A picture is required to be texted to APS once the vehicle is parked. 

• Description of the vehicle parked at the facility.

Verbiage upon completion of rental:

• Once you are parked in the space, please reply with a photo with the space number and text with the phone number on file

• 10 day notice is required for move out. It you are in the parking spot at the 1st of the month, you are charged for the entire month. There is no prorated rent for moving out, so keep that in mind.

• Late payments will result in late fees and/or being locked out of the facility.

 

If a photo isn't sent, follow up via text with reminder:

 Thanks for renting with us! As a reminder, a picture of the vehicle/trailer needs to be sent to us once the vehicle is parked. Thank you!
