Yard Checks

When it comes to storage, the yard checks are just as important as the  units themselves. That's why we conduct weekly and bi-weekly checks of our storage facilities to make sure everything is safe, secure and in order. By verifying the Yard Checks in a timely manner, it mitigates the risk of running into discrepancies or brings attention to findings the inspector has reported.

Appfolio Yard Checks are submitted to the inspector on a weekly, bi-weekly basis. Once the inspector has completed the Yard Check it will be marked on the service request as WORK DONE.

Once the Yard Check is completed by the inspector the Facility Coordinator will be responsible for verifying their facilities as soon as possible.

Facility coordinators may verify the Yard Check against the Storedge Facility Map or utilize the unit view.

Any photos supplied by the inspector are to be uploaded to customer accounts. If there isn't an active customer in a unit and photos are reported for any reason. Please reference the service request # on the unit notes.
