E-Sign Overview Rental Agreement
All Purpose Storage customers must have a signed rental agreement for each unit that they rent. When new renters are completing a move in via phone it is our job to send the rental agreement to the customer's e-mail or text message. Offering the customer assistance during that time by guiding them through the areas to sign while on the move-in call.
This gives the customer an opportunity to ask questions as well.
“I am going to send you an e-sign link to your e-mail/text line. Please open the link to proceed with signing the rental agreement. After I get the signed agreement I can review it, and we can proceed with the move in.”
Remember to follow-up weekly with customers who don't have signed Rental Agreements uploaded on their account. Refer to 1st & 2nd Request Follow-up procedure
