Authenticator Application
Get the App:

• For Android: Go to the Google Play Store.

• For iPhone (iOS): Go to the Apple App Store.

• Search for: "Microsoft Authenticator" or "Google Authenticator" (or your specific provider's app).

• Download and install the app. 

2. Set Up an Account (First Time)

• Open the downloaded app and agree to the terms.

• Tap the plus sign (+) or "Add Account".

• Choose "Work or School Account" or "Personal Account" as prompted.

• Scan a QR Code: On your computer or other device, go to the website's security settings (e.g., your Microsoft or Google account) and find the option to set up 2-Step Verification. It will display a QR code.

• Scan the code with your phone's camera through the app.

• Enter the code from the app back into the website to verify.
